Glazed Lemon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 c. lemon-lime soda
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation

In large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil and eggs. Beat on medium speed for 1 minute.
Gradually beat in soda.
Pour in greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake springs back when touched in center. Combine confectioners sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Carefully pour over warm cake.
Cool.
Makes 12 servings.
