Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. yellow squash
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    1 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Cook squash whole in 2 quarts water on medium heat until tender.
    Mix package of stuffing in melted margarine.
    Pour 1/2 of stuffing mixture in bottom of casserole dish.
    Pour squash (sliced) on top (mixed with remaining ingredients).
    Pour remaining stuffing mix on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
