Harvest Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef, browned and drained
1 c. minced onion
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes (with juice), cut up
2 c. sliced potatoes
1/3 c. flour
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans, thawed
1 bell pepper, cut into strips
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn, thawed
Preparation

Mix beef, onion, tomatoes with liquid, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
Spoon into a greased 3-quart casserole. Layer the potatoes, corn, lima beans and bell pepper on top.
Bake covered at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with the cheese and continue baking, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
Yields 8 servings.
