Ham And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. cubed cooked ham
    3 slightly beaten eggs
    4 oz. sharp American cheese, shredded (1 c.)
    2/3 c. finely crushed soda crackers (about 15)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook the onion in butter until tender.
    Combine ham, eggs, cheese, crackers, milk and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes until a knife inserted just off center comes out clean.
    Makes 6 servings.
