Southwest Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can black-eyed peas
1 can corn
1 can kidney beans
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
Preparation

Brown hamburger and onion.
Add peas, corn, kidney beans, stewed tomatoes and Ro-Tel tomatoes with juices.
Bring to boil. Add Velveeta and let cheese melt.
Ready to serve.
