Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small chopped onion
1/2 to 1 c. chopped celery
1 lb. ground turkey, cooked
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. water
1 small can mushrooms
6 oz. uncooked egg noodles
1 green pepper, sliced
8 tsp. butter
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 pinch oregano
1 pinch garlic
1 Tbsp. sugar
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Saute onion, pepper and celery in butter.
Add turkey, salt, oregano, garlic and sugar.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and water. Simmer 15 minutes.
Place uncooked noodles in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.
Pour mixture over it. Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
