Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
1 medium onion, chopped
10 to 20 oz. (1 to 2 cans) soup, cream of chicken
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
30 oz. (1 bag) Tater Tots
sprinkle of garlic powder
Preparation

In a skillet, brown ground beef until crumbly.
Drain off fat and place in bottom of a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Put a layer of chopped onions on top then spread soup over onions.
Cover with cheese and place Tater Tots, side by side, over cheese. Sprinkle garlic powder over Tater Tots.
