Reuben Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves frozen bread dough
    Thousand Island salad dressing
    1/2 lb. chipped pastrami
    1/2 lb. corned beef, chipped
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced or shredded
    1 can Bavarian or regular sauerkraut, drained
Preparation
    Allow bread dough to thaw in refrigerator overnight.
    Grease an 11 x 14-inch cookie sheet. Roll out dough onto cookie sheet. Spread Thousand Island dressing down the middle of the dough.
    On top of dressing, put 1/2 pastrami, 1/2 corned beef, 1/2 cheese and 1/2 sauerkraut.
    Repeat layers.
    Cut dough on the outside edges into 7 to 8 strips.
    Crisscross strips over middle and pinch. Brush with egg white. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Slice.
