Banana Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
3 bananas, mashed
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
2/3 c. nuts, chopped

Preparation

Cream the margarine and sugar together.
Add eggs and beat. Add bananas and mix thoroughly. Combine oil and vanilla.
Set aside. Mix salt, flour and soda.
Add to mixture alternately with liquid.
Add nuts and drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 10 minutes. Cool.
Ice with Banana Icing. Makes 6 to 7 dozen.
