Italian Fried Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Dip cheese cubes in eggs, drench and flour.
    Dip in egg again. Roll cubes in bread crumbs and chill for 1 hour.
    Place on wax paper.
    Fry cheese in oil and drain on paper towel or bread.
    Serve immediately.
