Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick margarine
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 German chocolate cake mix
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, margarine and powdered sugar until very creamy; set aside.
Grease and flour pan.
Put in bottom of pan coconut and nuts (pecans).
Set aside.
Mix cake mix as directed on package.
Pour over coconut and nuts.
Pour cream cheese mixture on top of cake mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
This will make a 9 x 13-inch cake.
