Lemon Milk Sherbet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Dissolve sugar in milk; add lemon juice and salt.
Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve over hot water, making sure it is completely dissolved, then stir into the first mixture.
Freeze until slushy and beat until light and fluffy.
Freeze until firm. Whip with a fork before serving.
