Chicken Livers And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter or oleo
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 1/3 c. rice, cooked
    1/2 lb. chicken livers, cut up
    seasoned flour
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    pinch of basil
Preparation
    Cook onion in 1 tablespoon butter.
    Add to rice.
    Roll liver in flour and saute in butter until brown.
    Mix all ingredients and put in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
