French Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large loaf French bread
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sliced stuffed green olives
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, scrambled or fried
    meat (Canadian bacon, sausage patty or bacon)
    1 slice cheese
    1 English muffin
Preparation
    Rub skin with melted butter or bacon fat.
    Place on square of foil (heavy-duty if to be placed directly on coals).
    Puncture several times with fork.
    Wrap in foil, place on grill and bake, turning frequently.
    Medium-size takes 45 to 60 minutes.
