Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sour cream
    1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 c. cornflakes or Ritz crackers tossed with butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375.
    Grease baking dish.
    Mix all ingredients and pour into baking dish.
    Spread cornflakes/cracker on top and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
