Deaconess Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
8 slices Swiss cheese
8 slices ham
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. dry sherry
Preparation

Wrap each chicken breast half in a slice of cheese, then a slice of ham.
Place, seam side down, in shallow baking dish.
In bowl, mix soup with sherry; pour over chicken.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 8.
