Missouri Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 lb. sausage
    3 medium slices soft bread, cubed and 1 c. milk or 1 c. dry bread crumbs and 1 1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. each: pepper, dry mustard, celery salt and garlic salt
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Pat into a 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
