Swiss Chard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh Swiss chard
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 cloves chopped garlic
    1/4 c. Pecorino Romano cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
Preparation
    Clean and boil Swiss chard in a pot of salted water.
    Cook until tender.
    Drain and squeeze out water.
    Put Swiss chard in a casserole pan.
    Drizzle oil over Swiss chard.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Cover with tinfoil and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1/2 hour.
    Serve with your favorite meat or fish meal.
