London Broil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) flank steak
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from steak and wipe with damp paper towel. Combine remaining ingredients.
    Brush half of mixture over one side of steak; let stand 45 minutes.
    Place steak, oil side up, on lightly greased broiler pan.
    Broil 4-inches from heat for 5 minutes.
    Turn steak; brush with remaining mixture and broil 4 to 5 minutes longer.
    Remove steak to board or platter and slice thinly on the diagonal across the grain.
    This steak will be rare, the only way London Broil should be served.
    Serves 4.
