Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower, diced
    1 bunch broccoli, diced
    1 1/2 to 2 c. carrots, diced
    1 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place vegetables in large mixing bowl.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables.
    Stir to mix well.
    Cover and refrigerate for 2 or 3 hours before serving.
