Sweet Potato-Banana Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 lb. sweet potatoes
6 medium bananas
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. orange juice

Preparation

Clean, cook and cool sweet potatoes.
Slice into 1/4-inch thick circles.
Slice bananas into 1/4-inch thick circles.
