Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 7 lb. beef brisket
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 c. coffee
    1 can beer
    grated carrots
Preparation
    Put soup on meat.
    Put coffee, beer and carrots around sides of meat.
    Cover tightly and bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
