Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 pkg. stuffing mix
    2 lb. fresh squash, partly cooked
    1 carton sour cream
    1 (4 oz.) can pimientos
    pinch of nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt oleo; add stuffing mix.
    Mix well and line bottom of dish.
    Sprinkle reserved stuffing over top. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
    If desired, 2 cans of squash can be substituted for fresh squash.
