Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
3 strips bacon
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
salt
pepper
parsley
Preparation

Cook potatoes in water until tender.
Cool, peel and dice. Fry bacon in pan and drain on paper towels.
Saute onion in bacon drippings until golden.
Add onions and any bacon drippings to potatoes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add mushroom soup, cheese and crumbled bacon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for at least 20 minutes or until thoroughly hot.
Serves 8.
