Fruited Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. blueberries (1/2 pt.)
    1 c. hulled strawberries, sliced (1/2 pt.)
    1 nectarine, pitted and thinly sliced
    1 1/2 c. cranberry apple juice
    2 (1/4 oz. each) envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1 c. honey
Preparation
    Coat 8-cup mold with nonstick cooking spray.
    Layer blueberries, strawberries and nectarine slices in mold.
    Set aside.
    In medium saucepan, combine cranberry apple juice, unflavored gelatin, honey and 1 1/2 cups water.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Cook juice-gelatin mixture over low heat for 5 minutes until gelatin is dissolved, stirring constantly.
    Carefully pour mixture into mold with fruit.
    Chill 3 hours until firm.
