Chicken Rice Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken breasts
    3/4 c. uncooked rice (can use wild or brown rice)
    1 (3 oz.) can mushroom pieces
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 Tbsp. diced onion
    2 chicken bouillon
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Flour chicken and brown in a little oil and half of the margarine.
    While it is browning, put the rice, salt and pepper into greased casserole and strew onion on top.
    Put mushrooms (juice and all) on. Arrange chicken on top.
    Pour bouillon over it.
    Dot with rest of margarine.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
