Lillian Quester'S Butter Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
4 Tbsp. butter
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. sweet cream
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. corn syrup
chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mix all together and pour into 10 small pastry shells.
The secret is syrup and cream.
Any nice rich pastry is good for this recipe.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
