Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 quarts of popcorn (no salt)
    1 1/2 cups butter
    3 cups brown sugar
    2 teaspoons salt
    3/4 cup white syrup
    3/4 teaspoon baking soda
    2 teaspoons vanilla
Preparation
    Pop the 10 quarts of popcorn and set aside.
    Cook the butter, brown sugar, salt and white syrup for 5 minutes.
    Add the baking soda and vanilla.
    Pour over the popcorn and bake for 1 hour at 250 degrees.
    Stir every 20 minutes.
