Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
fresh fruit and yogurt
1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 slightly beaten eggs
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, stir together flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
In small mixing bowl, stir together eggs, milk, butter and brown sugar.
Add to flour mixture and stir until blended.
Pour batter onto grids of preheated waffle baker (lightly greased).
Do not open lid while baking.
Top with fruit or yogurt.
Baking time:
4 minutes per side.
Yield:
12 (4-inch) waffles; 6 servings.
