Microwave Baked Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 2/3 c. milk
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs lightly in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Mix in sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Stir well.
    Measure milk into 1-quart container. Microwave the milk 3 to 4 minutes (or until about to boil).
    Stir into egg mixture.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Place this casserole in an 8-inch baking dish (pie plate size).
    Pour 1 cup very hot water into this baking dish.
    Microwave 9 minutes on \"6\" or until custard is almost set.
    Custard will become firm as it cools.
    Serve chilled.
