Barbecued Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. lean brisket
    3 oz. liquid smoke flavoring
    onion powder
    garlic powder
    celery salt
    black pepper
    Worcestershire sauce
    6 oz. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Lay meat in broiler pan.
    Pour liquid smoke flavoring over meat; sprinkle generously with onion powder, garlic powder and celery salt.
    Cover pan with foil; refrigerate overnight.
