Pork Chops Plus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
1 c. rice, uncooked
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 c. warm water
1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
1 onion
1 bell pepper (optional)
1 tomato (optional)
Preparation

Brown pork chops in a nonstick skillet.
Dissolve bouillon in cup of warm water.
Put rice mixed with mushroom soup and 1/2 cup bouillon into a casserole dish (13 x 8-inch) that has been sprayed with a vegetable spray.
Place pork chops on top of rice mixture. Garnish each chop with slices of onion.
Add pepper rings and tomato slices, if desired.
Cover with foil and bake one hour at 350\u00b0.
Yield:
6 servings.
