Golden Cream Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of ground black pepper
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, combine potatoes, 1 cup water, celery, carrots, onion, parsley flakes, bouillon cube, salt and pepper. Mix well.
    Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
