Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 7 tart apples
    3/4 to 1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. butter
    pie shells
Preparation
    Pare apples and slice thin.
    Mix sugar, flour, salt and spices and add to apples.
    Fill pie shell; dot with butter or oleo.
    Put on top crust.
    Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 45 or 50 minutes.
