Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. meal
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sweet milk
1 can cream-style corn
1 lb. hamburger meat, browned and drained
1 large onion, cut fine
2 jalapeno peppers, cut fine
1 bell pepper, chopped fine
Preparation

Put half of the meal mixture in bottom of pan, then the meat mixture.
Cover meat with as much grated cheese as desired, then the other half of the meal mixture on top of cheese.
Bake 45 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
