Cabbage And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 onion
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 medium cabbage
1 can tomato soup
1 1/4 can water
Preparation

Shred cabbage
and place in greased baking dish.
Place meat, onion,
salt
and
pepper
in skillet; fry until lightly browned. Drain
and mix in uncooked rice.
Spoon mixture over cabbage.
Mix soup
and\twater
and
pour
over top.
Bake in tightly covered dish for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
