Chicken Molay - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. fryer chicken
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Brown chicken.
    Remove from skillet.
    Add all other ingredients and simmer until chocolate has melted.
    Replace chicken and add enough water to cover.
    Cover pan and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
