Peanut Butter Roll-Up Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 box powdered sugar (approximately)
    peanut butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar, vanilla, salt and egg whites.
    Add sugar until it forms a ball.
    Chill in refrigerator several hours.
    Place on cutting board sprinkled with powdered sugar.
    Roll out with rolling pin to about 1/2-inch thickness.
    Spread with peanut butter.
    Roll into a rope shape.
    Cut into slices 1/2-inch thick. Chill before serving.
