Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
9 to 12 strips bacon
1/2 c. sweet pickles, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped fine
4 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sweet pickle juice
Preparation

Prepare corn muffin mix according to directions, including an additional 2 tablespoons of liquid to add moisture to the mix. Pour into a 9-inch square baking dish and bake according to the directions on the box.
