Coast Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Set coconut aside.
    Put all ingredients into a blender for 3 minutes on medium.
    Spray a 10 or 11-inch pie plate.
    Pour into pie plate; sprinkle all coconut on top.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0. Let stand 5 minutes or cool until firm.
