German Potato Salad(Hot Potato Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10-12 slices of bacon
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. flour
    4 tsp. sugar
    1-1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
    8-10 potatoes, cooked and cubed
Preparation
    Cut bacon into 1 inch pieces.
    Pan fry, slowly until almost cooked, add onion, and cook until transparent.
    Stir in flour, sugar, salt, and paprika.
    Pour in vinegar and water; cook until mixture thickens.

    Pour mixture over potatoes and serve.
    Serve hot.
