Low-Calorie Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. lemon peel, grated
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dill weed (or seed)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Tabasco or Texas Pete
1/4 c. celery, minced
1 tsp. parsley, minced
3/4 c. cooked shrimp, cut up and deveined
Preparation

Blend the cottage cheese, lemon peel and juice, dill, salt, and hot sauce in a blender until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve sprinkled with additional parsley. Yield 2 cups.
