Mom'S Sauce & Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 minced garlic cloves
    60 oz. tomato puree
    29 oz. tomato sauce
    18 oz. tomato paste
    29 oz. water
    2 large pinches Italian seasoning
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    2 big shakes hot pepper flakes
Preparation
    In large pot, saute garlic in oil until lightly browned; remove from pot.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to boil, lower heat to low, cover and simmer at least 3 hours.
    While cooking, make the meatballs.
