Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak
    2 beef bouillons
    2 c. water, enough to cover meat
    1 tomato, cut in 8ths
    1 medium onion, cut up
    1/2 green pepper, cut in strips
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Sprinkle flour on round steak and beat it.
    Salt and pepper it and brown in hot oil.
    Add water to cover, 2 beef bouillons; cook on medium heat for 30 minutes.
    Then add onion, pepper and tomato and cook another 3 minutes or until meat is tender.
    Remove meat and thicken gravy with flour.
    Great!.
    Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetable.
