Fruit Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1/4 c. lightly packed brown sugar
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. oatmeal
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    assorted fresh fruits (kiwi, oranges, bananas, berries, grapes, peaches)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In bowl, combine milk, sour cream, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Mix well and chill.
    In a large bowl, beat margarine and sugar until fluffy.
    Mix in flour, oats and nuts until well blended.
    On lightly oiled 12-inch pizza pan, press out dough, prick with fork and bake 10 to 12 minutes.
    Cool completely, spoon filling over crust, then arrange fruit on top. Serve in pie-like slices.
    Makes 12 to 16 servings.
