Gazpacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained
1 c. finely chopped green bell peppers
1 c. finely chopped cucumbers
1 c. croutons
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. dry white wine
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Place tomatoes, 1/2 cup peppers, 1/2 cup cucumbers, 1/2 cup croutons, 1/4 cup onion and remaining ingredients in blender or food processor.
Cover and blend on medium speed or process until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
