Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
    1 (3 oz.) can mushroom slices with liquid
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Microwave ground beef in casserole dish for 4 to 5 minutes on High.
    Drain.
    Add mushroom slices and onion soup mix.
    Add flour, garlic powder and catsup to sour cream.
    Blend well and add to ground beef mix.
    Microwave for 4 to 6 minutes on High, stirring once.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
    Use a 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole dish.
    Makes 4 servings.
