Lonie Chappell'S Grated Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    3 c. grated uncooked sweet potatoes
    4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves, allspice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    raisins and coconut (if desired)
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly and add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and pour into a buttered baking dish.
    Bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until well browned, stirring occasionally.
