Mexican Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 lb. round steak, cut in 1-inch strips
    salt
    pepper
    flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) jar picante sauce
    water
Preparation
    Salt, pepper and flour steak.
    Brown in oil.
    Add tomato sauce, picante sauce and enough water to cover steak.
    Simmer until meat is tender and sauce is thick, 30 to 45 minutes.
    Stir often.
