Angel Biscuit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
1 pkg. dry yeast or 1 cake yeast
3 Tbsp. warm water
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients; cut in shortening.
Add buttermilk with dissolved yeast.
Cover tight and chill in refrigerator.
Roll out and let rise an hour.
Bake at 400\u00b0 on lightly greased pans for 20 minutes.
